‘NCIS’ season 12: Holiday fun via Pauley Perrette, Emily Wickersham

This is going to be a relatively quiet week when it comes to “NCIS,” which is pretty rare in the season when you consider that we are talking about a 24-episode season.

With that being said, can you really be that surprised at the moment? This is the holidays, which is one of those few opportunities when people are getting a chance to really sit back, relax, and enjoy some time with their friends and loved ones.

Before Pauley Perrette (Abby) and Emily Wickersham (Bishop) took off for their breaks, they did take advantage of the opportunity to take a few photos of the crew on what was their “Ugly Sweater Day.” Fun stuff. There are not a ton of opportunities to really showcase terrible fashion quite like Christmas! It’s almost celebrated at this point.

These photos are mostly a reminder that this show really does have that sort of family atmosphere built into its fabric at this point, and it is hard to be surprised. What else would you expect to see when you have a crew who has been around each other for as long as these people have? It has been twelve years of cases on the show, and we’re sure that there are some who really have been there from the very beginning.

As for when you can expect some further episodes of “NCIS” to air, the date we would circle in your calendar right now is Tuesday, January 6. From that point, there should at least be a couple of episodes that come on the air in January.
