‘The Bachelor’ spotlight: Can Kimberly Sherbach strike winning pose with Chris Soules?
Do we have another contender for Chris Soules’ heart on “The Bachelor” in Kimberly Sherbach? We’re not entirely sure on this one right away, and most because personality-wise, she is not that open. While there is some information about her on the internet, not much of it gives you insight on who she is. She may also have the shortest ABC bio page of anyone we’ve seen so far.
On the surface, we do see there being some positives with her in the competition; with that being said, there are more things that give us pause here than with some other women this season.
Age – 28
Hometown – Long Island, New York. We don’t know if she is referring to Long Island City or just the island itself, but does it really matter? Either way, most towns / cities here have their similarities, and are very different from where Chris is from in Iowa.
Occupation – Yoga instructor. This may be one of many things that Kimberly does, given that she has some headshots online, and that she has a page of stage / screen credits online. “Aspiring performer” may also work here.
Bio highlights – There’s really not much here. This Soundcloud here may be of her, since we don’t know how many Kimberly Sherbachs there are out there who also have vocal talents.
Positives – There is not anything online about her suggesting that she is going to be overly dramatic on the show, or have some obvious problems getting along with Chris or the other women. Maybe she can strike a few yoga poses getting out of the limo to stand out for the crowd?
Negatives – There is going to be a concern here about her trying to further her career, mostly because we have that concern any time someone with a history in show business comes on. Also, so much of what she has done (especially theater) is catered to New York. You can’t really do that in Iowa, unless she is willing to undergo a big change.
Prediction – We can’t see Kimberly lasting long. While she seems fairly nice and probably is looking for love, we cannot see her being compatible with Chris and what he’s looking for. Maybe she makes it a week or two, but that may be it.
