‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ spotlight: Can Brandi Glanville bring the entertainment?

Brandi -From the moment that we heard that Brandi Glanville was going to be a part of “The Celebrity Apprentice” this season, we had one almost-immediate reaction: “This is going to be fun.” You have a woman known for stirring the pot on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” coming to a show where stirring the pot is a smart game strategy.

While we could see Brandi lasting for a little while in this crazy competition, there are also a few hurdles that we envision getting in her way at some point. We’re going to go through all of this below, along with a big prediction at the tail end of it.

Claim to fame – Being a cast member on the aforementioned Bravo reality series. He fellow cast member here in Kenya Moore is on the “Atlanta” version of the show. Brandi was also in headlines years ago for her marriage to Eddie Cibrian, which ended after he began an affair with country singer LeAnn Rimes.

Advantages – Brandi is not going to be afraid to get her hands dirty. We see her as a scrappy player this season, and that will mean throwing people under the bus when she needs to. She’s also probably going to be great TV, which is something that we believe Donald Trump the producer looks at when he decides who he wants to fire.

Disadvantages – The problem for Brandi is that we see her being brought back into the boardroom a few times over the course of the season. Her outspoken nature does not lead to her making many friends for one, and we don’t see her having a huge Rolodex other than some people from the reality TV world and maybe Andy Cohen. Also, she’s polarizing. Some may be excited to meet her during a task, but not everyone will be.

Charity – Make-a-Wish Foundation. This is a charity many of you are probably familiar with already, since at the forefront of it is trying to have children in need enjoy their time on this earth.

Prediction – Brandi at best could be an Annie Duke, a surprisingly good gameplayer who goes to the end and loses. We don’t think that she’ll get that far, mostly because we feel like Trump will want a name there that appeals to a wider demographic. Still, we expect her to be pretty strong this season, and she should last longer than at least half of the other women.
