‘Dancing with the Stars’ 19 finale: Was Alfonso Ribeiro, Janel Parrish, or Sadie Robertson the winner?

“Dancing with the Stars” came to a close on ABC Monday night, and as with every other season that has ever aired, there can only be one winner.

With that being said, there were still a rather hefty amount of questions over just who that particular winner could be going into this episode. Alfonso Ribeiro was the favorite in the scores, and we like that is also the case with the older fans. However, the younger stars had the support of many more social-media-savvy viewers, and that could have leveled off the difference in point total.

It was a very long time before we got even remotely close to the final routines, and one thing was pretty clear from the get-go: The judges were going to be very generous with their scores.

In third place tonight was none other than Janel, and we felt like this was about what we expected from her. We thought she was great, but that this was likely going to be her final spot.

Then, things got a little more interesting as the winners of this season were … Alfonso and Witney Carson! This is the right conclusion to the season, given that they really did work so hard at this from start to finish. Also, Sadie cannot be sad about coming in second, given where she was going into this season until now.
