‘NCIS’ season 12, episode 10 preview: Mark Harmon, Sean Murray story in winter finale
“NCIS” seems to want to hold on to a whole lot of their good stuff for as long as they possibly can. After all, there’s not a whole lot of an ulterior explanation right now for the next episode of the show not coming on the air until Tuesday, December 16.
This episode, entitled “House Rules,” is going to be the latest holiday-themed storyline for the show. Not only that, but it is going to be a very big one for the McGee character, who is inevitably thinking hard about his life right now as he is getting older and experiencing more and more of the world.
CBS has already released the synopsis for this episode, and you can take a look at that below:
“The NCIS team consults with three cyber-terrorists they imprisoned after a city-wide Internet shutdown the week before Christmas. Also, McGee reflects on the case and Gibbs’ infamous rules as he pens a heartfelt letter to his father.”
Do we expect anything that is particularly life-changing within the span of this episode? We are not entirely sure that we’ll see that, mostly because there is so much that has to be done here over the course of the entire episode. After all, it seems like the McGee plot is actually more in second position, but we have an interest in talking more about that right now, given that there is so little to talk about when it comes to this primary plotline for now.
Stay tuned, we’ll have more news as it comes out.

I would like to see the show be more like it used to be. I just finished season 5. The last two episodes were about the death of Jenny Shepherd [spell]. I’ve watched this ep several times in the past and it still kept me glued to my TV There were so many twists and turns. Do TPTB ever watch what they used to do with the scripts? The episode Recoil was also near the end of Season 5 Plot complexity along with Cote de Pablo’s acting was great. They also had great continuity.. Cases seemed to be over and done only to be revisited. This show used to be so awesome. Now, not so much.
