‘The Amazing Race 25’ episode 7 preview: A look at the rest of the season

Tonight, “The Amazing Race” aired a leg in Morocco that really had two themes to it: Picking the right Detour, and also knowing how in the world to navigate.

What we did not like about the promo for the next episode is that it wasn’t really for one individual hour. Instead, it was for the rest of the season! Why do this? Are you really going to get that much in the way of viewers out of this? It just feels like a way for eagle-eyed fans to spoil the show, and we don’t like that.

With this in mind, we’re just going to share a few vague elements of the promo. There were some dramatic twists and spills in the video, and in addition to all of that, we had some more controversial decisions from the teams. Someone is going to switch detours (or at least think about it), and we could see some very tight finishes.

If we had to rank the teams remaining, though, we would have to argue that the team in the best position is Jim & Misti, given that they seem to be prepared for everything. Also, we have Kym & Alli doing some pretty incredible things out there, and the only advantage that they may have above the dentists is that they seem to be much more relaxed than anyone else in the competition, save for maybe Adam & Bethany.

As for the other teams, Sweet Scientists Amy & Maya and College Sweethearts Tim & Te Jay could be in danger.
