ABC’s ‘Resurrection’ season 2, episode 5 preview: Maggie questions Bellamy over bones

The situation on “Resurrection” season 2 has become dire for some of the characters, and at the moment, it has also turned once-positive relationships sour.

Ever since Agent Bellamy returned to Arcadia, it has been pretty clear that he is a different man. Due to the arrangement he has with the government, who already seemingly killed him once, he has to tow the line between working for them, and also doing the right thing for Maggie and some of the other residents of the town. Sometimes in his mind, that means that the best thing that he can do is keep secrets.

However, what happens when those secrets are discovered? This is largely the focus of the latest sneak peek via ABC, which features Maggie calling him out on some of the things that she considers to be rather dishonest about him these days, including his decision to hide information from him about giving the bones over to the government.

Do we hope that this relationship gets repaired at some point? Definitely, and especially since there was one point during the series where these two were actually ‘shipped as a potential romantic couple. If they are ever going to achieve that status, it is beyond an understatement to say that both of them have a significant amount of work to do and things to improve on.

Also, Bellamy has to figure out a way to creep away from the government, and get back to doing a little more of what he does best.
