‘Bones’ season 10, episode 4 preview: Laura Spencer returns; Christine’s future

On tonight’s new episode of “Bones,” we saw the team at the Jeffersonian start to become a little more accustomed again to their new circumstances … even if they were somewhat tragic ones without Sweets around.

Interestingly enough, next week’s new episode “The Geek in the Guck” is going to feature the return of his one-time love interest Jessica Warren (Laura Spencer), and also a story that will feature Booth and Brennan starting to think more about the future of their child Christine. For some more insight right now, just take a look at the official synopsis below:

“The Jeffersonian team, with the help Special Agent James Aubrey (guest star John Boyd), investigate the murder of a video game designer whose remains were found washed up in a river. When the team uncovers more about the fortune the victim had acquired throughout his career, everyone who was close to him becomes a suspect. However, the investigation takes a turn when they discover that the victim was playing his own games on people. Meanwhile, “squintern” Jessica Warren (guest star Spencer) enlightens the team about the educational cooperative with which she has been involved and Brennan and Booth discuss Christine’s future.”

We like the idea of this episode, mostly because of the fact that we do love video games, and it will be nice to see Spencer involved on the show again. Based on our understanding, she is going to split time this season on both this show and “The Big Bang Theory,” though she at the moment is not a regular on either one.
