‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 6 premiere: Paul Wesley, Candice Accola on stories ahead

Love “The Vampire Diaries“? Then prepare to rejoice in the fact that the waiting for new episodes is almost over! The season premiere “I’ll Remember” airs on The CW tomorrow night, and we’ve got a couple more video previews from the cast to get you all the more excited.

We begin here with Paul Wesley, who teases that Stefan is going to be in a very different place following the death of Damon. Specifically, he is not handling the news in a way that is even remotely close to what you would expect from him. He is detached from much of his friends and family, and that includes someone who really cares about him in Caroline.

Speaking of Caroline, Candice Accola also chimes in here with her thoughts, explaining how more than anything else, her character just wants to reunite everyone like they once were. She is worried about Stefan, worried about Elena, and really worried about everyone. The problem she’s running into is that there are not many outlets out there for her to connect with emotionally. Alaric may be one of her few options, which is why she may be seen talking to him in some of the sneak peeks from this episode.

We know that these stories are not going to be completely resolved in a day. Based on some of the press materials The CW has sent out right now, we know that Damon and Bonnie are going to be separated for at least the first three episodes.
