‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 5 spoilers: See Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson in Christmas special photo

Are you ready for Christmas in Rosewood? The holiday special for “Pretty Little Liars” will air on ABC Family this December, but we’ve got a new photo attached here that gives you a small glimpse at what you can expect.

Is this the most revealing image ever? Hardly, but it does show you that somehow, Aria, Spencer, Emily, and Hanna continue to have an impressive wardrobe given how most of their parents don’t seem to be rolling in case (other than Spencer’s anyway). The ladies appear to be at some sort of holiday party, which will probably lead to there being at least one “Frozen” reference since that is what almost every show seems to be doing right now.

As for what the primary story for this special will be, you can expect there to be plenty of aftermath when it comes to Mona’s death, especially as Troian Bellisario, Lucy Hale, Ashley Benson, and Shay Mitchell all work their hardest to uncover the guilty party. At the moment, Alison clearly looks like the prime suspect, judging from both her recent behavior and the strong amount of evidence that points towards the killer being a blonde.

However, if there is one thing that we’ve learned about “Pretty Little Liars” over the years, it is that nothing really is as it seems. Therefore, we predict at least a couple more twists and turns to enter the equation before the truth is eventually revealed.
