ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 7, episode 1 preview: Stana Katic, more in extended video
Monday night’s “Castle” premiere is really not that far away now, but we are still elft with many unanswered questions. While the latest sneak peek that we have below may be the most informative one we’ve seen yet, it still does not serve to answer some of the primary questions … including where in the world Richard Castle (Nathan Fillion) could be.
It starts off as a regurgitation of some other previews, with that devastating sight of Beckett (Stana Katic) trying to find her fiance within a burning car. His body is not in there, and with the help of Ryan (Seamus Dever) and Esposito (Jon Huertas), the three discover a number of different things.
- Whoever is behind this operation clearly planned it.
- Castle was run off the road.
- There were at least three people involved in grabbing him, and taking him to wherever he is currently situated.
- There is no way to reach or track him via phone.
Will there be some answers to this mystery at the end of the episode? Probably, but don’t expect everything to come at once. Based on past information, it may be a full two episodes before we start to fully understand just what is really going on here. All we can say for sure is that the responsible party or parties here will be tied to Castle’s past, and that they have some specific motives for why they are doing this. Also, they are not going to be limited at all when it comes to resources.
