‘Bones’ season 10 spoilers: Who’s set to square off with Booth?

Bones -The latest “Bones” season 10 casting intel has just arrived, and for this one, we are discussing an addition to the show that may be music to the ears of many longtime movie buffs that are out there.

According to a new report coming in from Zap2It today, actor Gil Bellows (“The Shawshank Redemption,” “Ally McBeal”) has signed up for a guest role in an upcoming episode of the Fox mystery show. Specifically, he will be playing Mason Curtiz, a very intelligent guy who is the manager of an enormous brokerage firm on Wall Street. He is a guy who is almost identical to what you would expect. He will be extremely intelligent, confident in his abilities, but will somehow find himself involved in a case regardless.

How will this come about? Specifically, you are going to see Booth (David Boreanaz) interviewing him following the death of one of his employees. Given the resume that Bellows has, we would assume that whatever role he plays will be a pretty meaty / interesting one.

This casting also means that regardless of what happens in the premiere and with Booth’s release from prison, he is going to continue doing much of the same work that he was in the past. Did you really expect anything different from the guy? This is what he does best, and we have a very hard time ultimately thinking that we’re going to see many changes to that mold, even if you do see some spikes here and there over a couple of episodes.

“Bones” premieres on Fox Thursday night, and we will have further updates on it soon.
