‘Chicago PD’ season 2: Take a look at the intense new poster

Ready to see more of “Chicago PD”? Then we have the latest visual evidence of something that you can definitely be excited about.

If you look to the left, you can see the brand-new poster promoting the show’s September 24 premiere … even if it not the most revealing one in the world. You have a few characters, the all-familiar red-and-blue of a police siren, and also the “Break the Rules. Not the Law.” slogan that the show seems to be pushing heavily here. After all, they have to find a way to keep the show “edgy,” while also still ensuring that the identity of the cops and their characters is not compromised.

For the most part, some of the finer details about the story ahead are being kept under wraps, with the major exception being that there will be some new partnerships on the force thanks to the promotion you saw at the end of season 1, and there are further crossovers that will remain a fabric in the story. After all, it’s hard not to when you have a cop / fireman storyline like Lindsay and Severide. We’re personally interested at this point in just how long they can keep that relationship going, and if it will end up being something that lasts for the entirety of the series’ run. There is something pretty exciting about the idea of seeing two characters from two different shows maintain a relationship, and continue to also do their own thing at the same time. It may solve the problem of them occasionally being stuck in a rut.
