‘The Originals’ season 2 spoilers: Leah Pipes, Danielle Campbell more tease what’s ahead

Many of the cast members for “The Originals” made an appearance recently at TCA to discuss the show, and while they are of course not going to drop any major teases on what lies ahead, isn’t it still nice to have a few assorted details here and there? We think so, and that is precisely what this article and the video below are all about.

The CW shared the clip this week, and it features everyone from Leah Pipes (Cami) to Danielle Campbell (Davina) to even the return of Sebastian Roche (Mikael) as they all go through a little bit of what is going to make this upcoming season of the show special.

For many, we know that Roche is indeed the wild card. He was brought back for the sole reason of destroying Klaus, and he is one of the few that can. In that sense, he’s a walking nightmare, and admittedly one that we never thought we would see on the franchise in a substantial role again. Also, he’s going to continue to give the show a little bit of that “Original” presence to it beyond just Joseph Morgan and Daniel Gillies. There’s still no word on when or even if Claire Holt will be back as Rebekah; we like to imagine that it would happen someday, but the ball is most going to be in her court on that following her departure with the baby at the end of season 1.
