‘Big Brother 16’ live feed spoilers: Update on Frankie Grande’s grandfather, Nicole, Christine

We’ll start off this “Big Brother 16” update by at least addressing something that we wrote about earlier in the day, and that was the death of Frankie Grande’s grandfather and how that would shape the show moving forward.

In that article, we said that much of how the show would handle it would depend on the wishes of Frankie going into his house, and his family. While we thought that they would almost certainly inform him of the news, a new quote from Ariana Grande’s own Twitter account makes us question that:

“asked grandps last week if he wanted us to pull frankie off bb & he said ‘no way! he’s gotta play the game even tho i don’t understand it'”

We understand what his grandfather may have wanted, but we still have to question whether or not this is actually fair to Frankie himself. He should have the prerogative to decide for himself whether or not he stays in the house, and who knows what his reaction would be to finding out immediately after leaving the game (whenever that may be) that someone in his family passed away? Unless there were long conversations about this beforehand, this isn’t quite how we would want it if we were in the situation.

Since we don’t want to dwell strictly on this in this article, let’s move on with a few other updates from the live feeds:

• Nothing has changed when it comes to whether or not the house should evict Brittany from the game. As a matter of fact, some are moving ahead to thinking about next week.
• Nicole and Christine want to target Donny for now, though they may be using Zach as a pawn. Neither wants to get rid of Amber or Caleb (the target for most of the guys), knowing that they will go home well before they will.
• There was plenty more Amber / Caleb drama last night, with her specifically going to Jocasta to have someone to talk to about anything and everything on her mind.
