‘Royal Pains’ season 6, episode 7 video: Another look at ‘Electric Youth’

There is a certain old-school quality that we get from watching the latest “Royal Pains” promo, even if there is not a whole lot known about the actual episode just yet.

What we can say definitively for now is this: The title is “Electric Youth,” and based on the synopsis that we shared on Tuesday, everyone is going to have something to do among the main cast. Jeremiah will continue to be wrapped up in his new world, Evan will try to make the new business work, and Hank has a brand-new patient to treat that comes from the world of DJs. This is certainly a much more bright and colorful universe than one that he typically associates with, and that is something given that the show is set in the Hamptons.

There is also going to be a “guest spot” in this episode by WWE star Sheamus, but we like to think that we have learned at this point to not get entirely excited about some of these until we actually see them on the show. Previously both Padma Lakshmi and Carl Edwards made appearances in new episodes, but they lasted all of about three seconds and served mostly as a reminder that there are some pretty famous people that exist within this world.

We are at least in a point in the season now where we feel like the majority of episodes matter, and while on the surface it may appear that there is not a whole lot happening in this episode, that could change when we finally dive into it.
