‘True Blood’ season 7, episode 3 preview: Alexander Skarsgard, Anna Paquin in ‘Fire in the Hole’

Tonight on “True Blood,” there were many significant things that transpired, with one of the biggest ones out there being one that probably excited fans of the Eric Northman characters. Was it worth the massive cliffhanger and also the wait? We hope so, but we’ll leave that one to you. (Due to some other coverage, our review of tonight’s episode will be posted a little later than usual this week.)

The next new episode is entitled “Fire in the Hole,” and Alexander Skarsgard’s character will be featured in a more substantial way than he has already. Not only that, but you will get to see some more exciting stuff with Anna Paquin’s Sookie as she continues to surprise. Once again, Sookie continues to show that she has some sort of inability to stay away from danger. No matter what she does, she continues to find a way to have it crawl back into her life.

The official synopsis below via HBO may not be much to digest, but it is certainly better than nothing. Take a look below:

Sookie hatches a dangerous plan; Pam looks to motivate Eric.”

Can you believe that we are already 20% of the way through the final season? It’s crazy, and speaking of crazy, there is plenty of that still to come on the show moving forward. You have some surprises for Arlene, new relationships, heartbreaks, and of course probably a few more deaths. “True Blood” would not be “True Blood” unless your jaw hit the floor at some point.
