‘Big Brother Canada 2’ live feed spoilers: ‘Top Chef Canada’ promotion and more

Heather -Who is ready for some “Big Brother Canada 2” cross-promotion? Some will find it annoying, while others will probably not mind too much.

Before we go any further, here’s our stance on it. This show is awful with its products sometimes, in between listening to Head of Households ramble on about some “amazing” piece of ordinary furniture from The Brick while Arisa Cox reminds us of Twistos Twists all the time. It’s a serious “argh” moment, and having to promote so many different movies and TV shows in the game itself could qualify for that, as well. However, our thinking at the end of the day is simple: It may be awful, but it’s a necessary awful. This show doesn’t get the ratings that “Big Brother” does in the United States. Not only is Canada a much smaller country by population, but it’s not even on network TV. Anything that you have to do to fund the show and keep it on the air, we’re fine with as long as it doesn’t compromise the game.

Anyway, so there was some sort of “Top Chef Canada” inspired task today that led to some of the houseguests getting to eat like kings, and that took up a big chunk of time. Then, there was also strategy talk. It appears still like the Allison / Sabrina / Rachelle contingent will vote to keep Arlie, and those four could together make a huge run in this game. Jon and Neda have caught on to the fact that something fishy is happening, but they may not be able to do anything about it at all now.

There is still plenty of time for things to change, given that both Adel and Arlie are each campaigning pretty hard to secure their spot in the house. We are very pleased to report that this week is definitely earning its title as the craziest one we have seen of the entire season to date.
