‘Suits’ season 4 spoilers: New love interests for Jessica, Donna

After spending so much time on season 3 looking at romantic storylines for Harvey and Mike, love may be in the air for some other characters, as well, on “Suits” moving forward.

So who are we talking about her specifically? Think along the lines of Donna and Jessica! (Sorry for those of you shipping Harvey and Donna … there’s no guarantee that this is going to happen.) The story for Jessica is actually going to be one that is on the forefront of what the show plans to do, based at least on what executive producer Aaron Korsh tells TVLine:

“There is talk of adding a love interest for Jessica and we are heavily exploring that … We are attempting … to give Donna a story of her own that is not law-firm based, and I think we’ll try to do that a little bit more as the season goes. But [the arc of Season 4 is] a little bit of a firm story and it’s Jessica’s love interest. So we’re not going to focus too much on Donna’s love interest in the first half of the season.”

What sort of guy do we want to see Jessica with in the future? Think along the lines of someone who is going to show off more of her sensitive side. We know that it is somewhere in there for her, and we just want to see it come out. If done right, this could be the most interesting thing that “Suits” has done since they gave a romantic story to Louis Litt.
