‘The Originals’ episode 18 video: Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, and a proposition

What's next -It’s been a fairly lengthy hiatus, but on Tuesday night “The Originals” will be back with “The Big Uneasy” … an episode that is definitely going to own this title. After coming up with a suitable truce (at least on paper) between the witches and the vampires of New Orleans, something could surface that throws a wrench into everything.

The sneak peek below, at least seems sensible enough, given that Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Elijah (Daniel Gillies) receive a request from Genevieve to actually be able to host an outdoor feast for the witches for the first time since before Marcel instituted the rules. Given that there is not a truce in the mix, that makes sense … right? Well, nothing in this world ever works out quite like you would expect for it to.

We’re all for yet another massive brawl scene on the show, at least so long as it goes somewhere, and we can get a few more significant threats on the witch side of things. Have Klaus and Elijah had some threats so far this season? Sure, but we still feel like the two have been and large been a little comfortable and safe. When you now how much time and effort it really takes to kill one of these people off, you start to really have a hard time believing that anything could ultimately come into play that hurts them.

This is not the only news that we have for you now on “The Big Uneasy.” If you head on over to the link here, you can see another video where the producers speak out about what this story contains. We’ll have another tease of what lies ahead after the episode airs.
