ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 19 video: Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion’s seating crisis

Castle and Beckett -

Monday night’s “Castle” episode is going to be all about family, and with that in mind, isn’t it appropriate that wedding talk finds its way in here?

It is a problem that just about every engaged couple goes through, and Castle and Beckett are going to very much experience it on Monday night’s new episode “The Greater Good”: Making sure that everyone feels included in their wedding, and has a seat to call their own at the reception. Unfortunately, the issue here is that these two lovebirds know a ton of people. Rick has all of his writer friends and critics, including some he doesn’t even like but still feels obligated to invite. Meanwhile, Beckett has her family, and all of her associates at the precinct.

So where do Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion’s characters look to for advice? Think along the lines of Martha. Rick’s mom is a sensible woman known for making big decisions … right? Well, unfortunately for the two of them, the only thing that Martha really seems to do in the sneak peek below is introduce more potential names to the table. They literally have hundreds upon hundreds of people to account for, and that is so many to keep track of. (Good luck to everyone who bothers to show up.)

In the end, we anticipate there being some sort of plan made in this episode, mostly because if the wedding is going to happen in May, they need to really start bulldozing through some of the planning stages. Just in case you were wondering, the reason why this subject came up in the first place is thanks to the arrival of Captain Gates’ sister to the scene, which you can see in this other “Greater Good” sneak peek here.
