‘Supernatural’ season 9 spoilers: A guide to upcoming episode titles, air dates
There are a few shows out there that we don’t get too excited about when it comes to them releasing episode titles. However, “Supernatural” is not one of these shows. Some of the ones that the folks over at The CW choose to put out there into the universe are just hilarious, and really cannot be overlooked. Others are just really cool, but there is always some sort of thought into them. Even if you don’t always get a sense as to what they are about at the time of them being revealed, they always tend to make a great deal of sense by the time that you’ve actually had a chance to watch the episode.
So as an early Christmas gift to you (and to ourselves), we decided to compose a listing of the episodes that are coming up in the new year, along with the titles and current airdates. Since not all of these are officially confirmed yet, know that they could change over the weeks ahead.
9×10 – “Road Trip” (airing on January 14)
9×11 – “First Born” (airing on January 21)
9×12 – “Sharp Teeth” (airing on January 28)
(The next four titles come courtesy of SpoilerTV, and some of them have changed from what they were previously called.)
9×13 – “The Purge,” previously “Let the Fat One In” (airing on February 4)
9×14 – “Captives,” previously “Old Friends” (airing on February 25)
9×15 – “Blade Runners,” previously called “Back in Black” (airing on March 4)
9×16 – “Thinman” (airing on March 11)
Personally, we actually prefer most of the altered titles in their original form, in particular “Let the Fat One In.” With that being said, “Blade Runners” is perfectly geeky and we dig that.
We should also note that there is an episode scheduled now for March 18, but it does not have a title yet. The reason for the hiatus in February is probably to avoid the Winter Olympics, since it is a somewhat different strategy for The CW than usual. Typically, their hiatuses happen in March.

would be cool if they did a “changing channels part two” and have classic revamps, like The Addams Family, The Flying Nun (Meg in Sally’s place), Emergency and Jeopardy, with Alex…(If they can do the nutcracker….)
